HR Strategy

As a large percentage of a company's costs are its people, it is very important this resource is used as effectively and efficiently as possible. But unlike other resources, this one has minds, needs and desires of their own! Companies that achieve 'Employer of Choice' status take this into account and succeed in making it work for them.

Our experienced HR consultants work with different types and size of organisation, taking their business strategy/goals/objectives/thoughts and ideas and helping them understand the subsequent people implications – such as what skills are needed, when they are needed, who is going to replace people that are promoted etc. We can then build and (if required) deliver a tailored HR strategy covering:

- Training and development , including induction

- Employee relations – including employee consultation, Unions and policies

- Change management

- Performance management, including objective setting and appraising employees

- Reward – how to pay and ‘reward’ people to attract, motivate and retain them

- Exit management, i.e. how people leave, whether through resignation, dismissal or retirement

We also work with companies that need an HR Director to design, manage and deliver an effective HR strategy but don't require the resource on a full-time basis. We can provide this role one day a week, one day a month or whatever frequency is appropriate to your requirements and budget.
