New MD set to take local employee benefits firm to new heights
Neil Higginson has taken the helm of Bristol-based PES Employee Benefits.
Neil, who is well known in the Bristol business community, having worked as Business West's advisory services manager, has joined the employee benefits specialist as managing director.
PES Employee Benefits was set up 18 months ago by Ian Rummels and Chris Budd to complement the services offered by holding companies, Premier Employer Solutions (PES) and Ovation Finance Ltd.
PES Employee Benefits provide consultancy to businesses of all sizes across the South West to either review and value existing benefits, or set up an employee benefits package for the first time.
Neil said: "There is a growing trend towards offering more sophisticated employee benefits packages as a means of both attracting and retaining a high quality of staff. At PES Employee Benefits we offer bespoke employee benefits packages tailored to match both the needs of the employer and employees. These can range from traditional benefits such as pension schemes, to flexible, tax efficient benefits such as childcare vouchers.
