PES were established in 2001 by Ian Rummels who left one of the Big 4 consultancies in order to create a more friendly, flexible and customer focused service. PES is a rapidly growing business with offices in Bristol and London. Our purpose is to save employers money, help them manage their risk and get maximum return on the investment they make in their people.
